I’ve read that wasn’t done, but I got it working.

I’ve printed in colors in my Lexmark X1180 in Mandriva 2007.

Howto:

Download :  Lexmark site

$ tar xzvf CJLZ600LE-CUPS-1.0-1.TAR.gz

$ tail -n +143 z600cups-1.0-1.gz.sh > install.tar.gz

$ tar xzvf install.tar.gz

$ sudo rpm -ivh z600cups-1.0-1.i386.rpm z600llpddk-2.0-1.i386.rpm –nodeps

$ sudo service cups restart

And its working (just use the Z600 driver when configuring your printer).
